I HATE Smart Prepaid Part 2

If the first time is was ghost "pasaload" for P32, now its ghost 3 minute phone calls for P19.50...what is wrong with the SMART network!!!!????!!!!! Again, I'm guessing that they have a glitch in their system or that someone is successfully hacking into their system and they don't even know it! Now I remember why I hate using Smart more than using Globe. I better get my line back! Fast! I'm not hoping for a Part 3 on this issue.
